All products sold on www.mantrasom.com are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed and fulfilled by our production partners.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first. Please do not send items back without contacting us, as we may not be able to process unsolicited returns.

Eligible Issues (Replacement or Refund)

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to an error on our part, you may request a replacement or refund.

All eligible requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping & Customs

In rare cases, international shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes determined by local authorities or carriers. These charges, if applicable, are outside of our control and are not refundable.
